Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping (United States):
We offer multiple shipping options to get your vacation outfits to you quickly. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship internationally but keep a look out!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at support@rominround.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order has been processed. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
