Our Commitment

At Romin Round, we want you to love your vacation outfits as much as we loved curating the collections! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

No returns are available but can exchange or issue store credit! 


Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items:

 

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original tags

  • Undergarments and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Shoes without or altered original shoe box

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@rominround.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

NOTE: Refunds only issued due to our error! Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color based on availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange, and we'll cover the shipping cost for sending you the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
